Be a part of the You're Not Alone video!

The Blackout are making a brand new video for their upcoming single “You’re Not Alone” and they want YOU involved.

CALLING ALL FANS, get together in your towns or cities and film yourselves hanging out, having fun, listening to music, having a picnic, playing football, dancing…whatever. If you’re at a famous landmark from your city represent it! Just all of you hanging out and being with your friends. Film yourselves travelling to wherever you’re going, or planning your day out. Or if you’re coming to see The Blackout anytime this week catch yourselves in the crowd. Whatever you feel.
the band just want a collection of clips everybody having a good time!

All your videos must be submitted by Thursday 1st September.

Guidelines for videos:

 

  • Ideally videos should be shot on an iPhone 4 or any similar mobile device that has HD (high definition) video capabilities.
  • For the technical minded people among you, 720p is the preferred video format although 1080p or 1080i is accepted.
  • Videos can also be shot on any high definition (HD) video camera provided they are within the above stated requirements.
  • Please make sure you have permission to use the mobile phone or video camera that you are recording the video message on.
  • Download your video to a computer (by emailing it to your email address or connecting the phone to your computer via cable)
  • Upload the video to www.sendspace.com (which is free!)
  • Copy the sendspace file address (a http link it will give you), send it to theblackoutnotalone@gmail.com 
  • Videos must all be submitted by Thursday 1st September any videos submitted after will not make the cut!
  • Videos containing anything negative will be disregarded from the project.
  • Please remain safe! The band do not endorse nor recommend any extreme stunts or pranks in your videos!
